I searched for a way to use my field of expertise, Oriental medicine, to create a smooth relationship.
But there was no such method, so I decided to create one myself! So I started researching and practicing, and the result was Yin-Yang Five Elements Therapy (also known as “Yinyang 5”), a method for building relationships.
I am now further refining this Yin-Yang Five Elements Therapy by holding study groups with people who have learned it from me and practicing it, and I am convinced that if we can reduce the stress in our relationships with this, we will have a mind and body that are less prone to illness.
And now we have compiled this Yin-Yang Five Elements Therapy into a 126-page book.
